In this video review, Taylor Danley shows us how to build powerful signal chains in AmpliTube featuring gear that comes with AmpliTube 5 MAX. He also demonstrates how TONEX works inside AmpliTube using Tone Models created by HawkesTone, one of many Tone Partners with collections on ToneNET.
If you're into brutal metal guitar tones, have a look.
TONEX does an excellent job of recreating the sound of your analog gear. It's just really, really good. I like the implementation. You can tell IK Multimedia is trying to recreate the experience of dialing in analog gear.
One of the coolest things about AmpliTube 5 is the fact that a lot of these amplifiers are licensed. I appreciate how all these pedals look like their real-world counterparts.
If all plug-ins sound good, then the next step is making a user interface that you can connect with. And I find this fun, being able to load up a MESA Mark V amp and it says Boogie on it. I just really enjoy this!
